How to Format Write Protected Flash Drive

Hello
Friends!!!

If You have a write protected Flash Drive
U can also use the registry method but some time
this method can't work!!!

So use my low level formatting tool
it can help you for format ur pan drive...

works:
1. Put in ur flash drive into usb port
